I think it was "Pan's Labyrinth" (I want to see all the movies nominated for the Oscars). It seems like a movie for kids, but it's not. It's really good! You should see it

The Memoirs of a Gheisha; I must say that I liked more the book; it's understandable that in the movie they cannot insert all the details, but in this case, it seems kind of fade. This book is a monographical novel, it shows a civilization, a way of living that one can hardly feel watching a movie where the accent is pun on the action. I think that here, not the action was the most important
