Amy Lee
Successful female fronted metal bands can be counted on one hand so Evanescence deserves kudos for being one of them, and frontwoman Lee is certainly a large reason for this accomplishment. A little bit goth and a little bit fairy princess, a classical pianist with the voice of an angel and a rock sensibility. These days Lee seems to be cultivating a reputation for being a little difficult to work with but nobody ever said rocking was easy. (credit: Stephen Lovekin/WireImage.com )
